表面活性剂

有表面活性特征的有机化学物质。它包含一个亲水的端（溶于水）和一个疏水的端（不溶于水）可以减少水的表面张力和在有油污或脂肪残留物时形成乳化和均匀的溶液。

 

Surfactant

Organic chemical substance which has surface-active properties. It contains one hydrophilic end (soluble in water) and one hydrophobic end (insoluble in water) that allow reduction of water surface tension and forming of emulsion and homogenous solution in presence of oils or fatty residues .
